At Ayuda en Acción, 40 people successfully completed the Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Diploma, designed to address the complex and urgent gender problems in the city of Cali. It lasted four months and had an intensity of 80 hours. hybrid with virtual and in-person sessions guaranteeing a comprehensive educational experience.
Throughout this period, participants immersed themselves in a study process that covered a wide range of topics, from theoretical concepts to practical tools of daily life on Gender-Based Violence.
The participants of the diploma course explored the various manifestations of GBV. This included the most obvious forms to the most subtle. In addition, special attention was given to the topics of emotional intelligence, citizen participation and household chores as an invisible and undervalued exercise.
