Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases will promote care for minors with rare diseases and their families, thanks to the new edition of the spring-summer Solidarity Rake of the TENDAM Involved project.
Through this project, social and health services will be brought closer to the little ones, along with an advisory committee to facilitate obtaining a diagnosis, legal and educational support, and access to treatment; and all this support will be reinforced with psychological care for their families.
The general objective of the program is to improve the quality of life of minors affected by or suspected of having rare diseases, as well as their caregivers from a comprehensive approach.
The president of FEDER, Juan Carrión, has highlighted his gratitude to the textile group’s employees for their involvement with rare diseases. “Thank you to the TENDAM workers for choosing us again as one of the beneficiary entities of their flea market. With the proceeds, we will be able to work to prevent the invisibility of rare diseases in minors, and provide support to families in their search for a diagnosis.”
