We’re thrilled to celebrate the resounding success of the third edition of our partnership with Udemy, an initiative that has significantly strengthened the capabilities of hundreds of social sector professionals across Ibero-America, and in this edition, from around the world!
During this round, over 589 individuals from 100 organizations across 15 countries benefited from free access to a wide variety of courses on the Udemy platform. Participants collectively dedicated an impressive 1,876 hours to learning, demonstrating a strong commitment from our allied organizations and their beneficiaries to professional development. We’re particularly proud of the high female participation, with 75% women enrolled, which reflects this partnership’s dedication to equal opportunities.
Among the most popular learning areas were: Data Management, Project Management, Digital Marketing, Leadership, Effective Communication, Agility, English, and Well-being (Positive Psychology). This data highlights the critical need for both transversal and specialized skills to navigate the increasingly complex challenges facing the social sector today.
Key achievements from this edition include:
- Strengthening Institutional Capacities: Participating organizations enhanced their competencies in crucial areas for their management and growth.
- Boosting Social Innovation: Access to knowledge in fields like artificial intelligence and data management empowered organizations to develop more innovative and efficient solutions.
- Fostering a Learning Community: The Udemy platform served as a vital space for connection and collaboration among social sector professionals throughout Ibero-America.
Our invaluable partner, Udemy, has been instrumental in strengthening the social fabric of our region. We are immensely proud to see more and more people embrace this initiative and seize the learning opportunities we provide. Without a doubt, each edition is a testament to how online education can truly transform lives and communities.
