¡Venezuela without Limits launches the 18th edition of the Social Investment Fund!

On August 29, the Call for the 18th edition of the Social Investment Fund (FIS) began, one of Venezuela’s flagship programs without Limits, which seeks to contribute to the strategic development of Venezuela, promoting the work carried out by each and every one of the non-governmental organizations (NGOs) registered in your network.

On this occasion, the call is focused on promoting the creation of innovative solutions in the form of projects, with a view to strengthening two key axes of the Sustainable Development Goals: number 3 (Health and Well-being) and 4 (Quality Education), being considered as priority issues on this occasion:

Prevention of pregnancy at an early age and in adolescents.
Sexual and Reproductive Education.
Sensitization and attention in physical and mental health to pregnant women in pre and postnatal care.
Sensitization, promotion and assistance to mothers to stimulate breastfeeding.

The organizations that wish to apply for their projects must visit our portal and consult the bases of the call, they will be able to formalize their registration until September 23.

As an added value, the nominated organizations, as in the 2021 edition, will have the opportunity to receive training in digital transformation, logical framework methodology and communications, in order to grant, not only financial contributions, but also to contribute to the management of NGOs from knowledge.

A flagship program: Social Investment Fund

The FIS was born in 2007 as a program through which Venezuela without Limits facilitates access to financing for NGOs registered in its network, which allows them to promote innovative, sustainable, impactful and social projects. Throughout its history, they have held 16 successful editions that translate into more than 230 NGOs with funded projects and 181,641 indirect beneficiaries.
