Ayuda en Acción, together with its ally SIGRA, led the project: Sabores que Prosperan, providing a unique opportunity to 5 entrepreneurial women from Commune 1 to train in baking and pastry making.
Sabores que Prosperan is more than a baking course; it is a comprehensive program designed to strengthen technical skills and foster entrepreneurial spirit. This project by Ayuda en Acción and its ally SIGRA seeks to support bakery and pastry businesses led by women in the departments of Norte de Santander and Valle del Cauca.
Through theoretical and practical training sessions, 5 women from the city of Cali learned to make quality products, manage their businesses, build marketing strategies and project a sustainable future.
“Our commitment is to create real opportunities that empower women. With Sabores que Prosperan, we have seen how talent, combined with the right support, can transform lives,” said Margarita Ramírez Leiton, Regional Coordinator Valle / Cauca of Ayuda en Acción.
Flavors that Prosper: An Opportunity to Inspire an Entire Community
“We learned much more than recipes; we learned to believe in ourselves. This project was an open door to change our quality of life and that of our families,” Yamileth Bonilla, entrepreneur of NutriAlejos.
The impact of the program goes beyond the individual. These women are now role models in their communities, inspiring others with their determination and ability to reinvent themselves.
