Caracas, September 4, 2026. CAF, the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean, together with the Venezuela Sin Límites Foundation and the Unidos en Red Foundation, have formalized an alliance to promote and expand the reach of the Venezuela Recovery and Reconstruction Fund (FORRV), created and managed by CAF.
The agreement establishes a collaborative platform to mobilize resources, engage strategic partners, and connect national and international capabilities that contribute to Venezuela’s recovery, rehabilitation, and reconstruction processes. The alliance seeks to facilitate the coordinated participation of companies, foundations, multilateral organizations, cooperation agencies, civil society organizations, leaders, and citizens committed to the country’s future.
Complementary capabilities for a shared goal
The strategic value of this alliance lies in the complementary strengths of the three organizations. CAF provides the institutional vehicle to channel resources toward the country’s recovery and reconstruction; Venezuela Sin Límites contributes its expertise and knowledge of the Venezuelan social sector, as well as its capacity to coordinate with civil society organizations; and Unidos en Red brings its international platform of relationships with organizations, companies, institutions, and leaders throughout Ibero-America and other markets.
This combination will expand the reach of the FORRV, create new opportunities for cooperation, and bring the Fund closer to potential donors and partners both within and outside Venezuela.
From resource mobilization to impact generation
The Venezuela Recovery and Reconstruction Fund was established to channel contributions and efforts aimed at addressing the country’s recovery challenges through sustainable, long-term solutions.

Through the FORRV, CAF, Venezuela Sin Límites, and Unidos en Red aim to connect resources, knowledge, networks, and coordination capabilities to transform solidarity and international cooperation into concrete actions that contribute to Venezuela’s sustainable recovery.
