On December 2, 2025, we closed our webinar season with the session “Agile Impacts: Measure What Really Matters,” led by Adriana Mata, a mentor for impact-driven ventures and co-founder of Agile Impacts. More than 37 leaders, teams, and professionals from the nonprofit sector in Venezuela, Chile, Mexico, Ecuador, and Spain participated in this dynamic and practical session, designed to learn how to prioritize impact measurement, connect indicators with strategic goals, and strengthen relationships with donors and funders.
During the workshop, Adriana shared clear strategies for defining truly useful indicators, collecting information in a structured way, and differentiating impact results. In addition, attendees received exclusive access to the Agile Impacts tool, which allowed them to generate indicators in minutes and leave with a roadmap ready to demonstrate the real value of their work. As our speaker noted: If we want to improve something, it’s better to measure it.
