Help in Action highlights the progress of Boost Youth Employment with more than 1,000 participants and a high level of job placement

Help in Action highlights the consolidation of Impulsa Empleo Joven, a program that since 2024 has assisted more than a thousand young people in building their professional path and records an employment insertion rate of 53%, far exceeding initial expectations. This initiative, developed in various cities in Spain, combines personalized guidance, training in socio-emotional skills, and technical training with internships in companies, allowing hundreds of young people to access real job opportunities adapted to the needs of each territory.

With the start of its fourth edition in February 2026, Ayuda en Acción emphasizes that the success of the program lies in its innovative approach, focused on self-knowledge, comprehensive preparation, and coordination with public administrations and the business sector. Localities such as Almendralejo, Valencia, and Madrid show some of the highest employment insertion rates, while the testimonies of the participants themselves demonstrate a significant impact on their confidence, skills, and access to job opportunities that once seemed distant.

Co-financed by the European Social Fund and aimed at young people between 16 and 29 years old who neither study nor work, Impulsa Empleo Joven has become a key tool to strengthen youth employability while promoting collaboration networks between institutions, companies, and communities. For Ayuda en Acción, this program represents a firm commitment to building a more inclusive future and to creating effective tools that allow young people to access decent and sustainable employment.
