Get to know the Integralia DKV Foundation project in Colombia

It is estimated that approximately 3 million people have some type of disability in Colombia and only 10% of this number has a job. In addition, 70% of people with disabilities do not receive any type of monthly income and approximately 20% receive less than 500,000 Colombian pesos, that is, less than 140 euros.

It was in this context that our allies from Fundación Integralia promoted their project in Colombia, with the intention of transferring knowledge in skills for employment, always in alliance with local companies or social organizations that work with people with disabilities.

Hiring people with disabilities influences the social appreciation of the company. The recognition by clients and consumers of the labor integration actions have repercussions on the corporate image.

Integralia in Colombia tries through various training actions, awareness and with agreements for the hiring of trained people that labor integration is a reality.
